As a Real Estate Acquisitions Manager, you will play a critical role in a fast-paced environment interacting and building relationships with brokers and sellers. You will be coordinating the purchase of commercial real estate properties. You will be empowered to learn and grow with our company and play a pivotal role in building our mutual success.
Responsibilities:
· Research, track and organize leads and prospects
· Establish and build relationships with property owners and brokers through meetings, events and involvement in real estate trade organizations
· Conduct market research, identify and source leads, and expand existing databases
· Work with our Executive team to strategize, define goals and successfully secure deals
· Perform various administrative duties that support the acquisitions department
Requirements/Experience:
· Prior real estate experience is a plus
· Self-motivated, confident and team player
· Excellent communication skills, detail oriented, and strong organizational skills
