BASIC FUNCTION:

The Head of Technology will be responsible for planning, managing and directing all aspects of information technology activities, including but not limited to infrastructure management, IT delivery, IT operational support, LAB administration and application implementations to support the growing needs of the company. In addition to IT responsibilities, this position will lead the Strategic Sourcing, Strategic Facilities and Strategic Engineering functions. This position will also lead the day-to-day Materials Management efforts and Environmental Health and Safety functions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• IT

• Oversee all aspects of application development and maintenance

• Helpdesk

• IT Security

• Server administration including backup and restore capabilities

• Lab system administration

• Strategic Sourcing

• Oversee the identification of new supplies and materials as needed in the supply chain,

• Identify new strategic vendors for existing supplies to improve margins and/or decrease lead time.

• Computer Systems Validation

• Materials Management

• Strategic Engineering and facilities

• Capex Management

• Oversight of new facility and engineering improvements across all 4 buildings and OSD and Aseptic manufacturing

• Environmental Health and Safety

• Miscellaneous

• Oversee Weekly Operations Reporting

• Ensure Operations CAPAs and QE are closed in a timely manner

REQUIREMENTS:

• Good understanding of computer hardware & software.

• Demonstrates excellent personal organization skills.

• Uses initiative.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Read, write, and speak fluent English.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $170,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
