Icare Rehabilitation is a family-owned practice that has been in Flower Mound for over a decade. Our Program includes Speech, Physical, Occupational Therapies, as well as a Day Neuro program, allowing all of our therapists to work and learn together.

We are looking for an Occupational Therapist of a Certified Occupational Therapist assistant to either start PRN or perhaps full-time with us.

Duties:

• Develop effective treatment plans and obtain approval for services from referring physician
• Participate in in‑service training program for other staff in the facility.
• Document all regulatory and clinically required information in the electronic documentation system and maintain patient records according to company policy
• Record treatment charges per facility policy and procedure.
• Instruct patient's families in maintenance program.
• Participate in discharge planning.
• Secure necessary durable medical equipment and adaptive equipment for patients to facilitate independence

Experience/Qualifications:

Occupational Therapist

Certified Occupational Therapist assistant
