Front Counter Staff - ICE at the Parks Job at Rink Management Services Corporation
Job Purpose
Performs a variety of customer service related duties as well as assisting the manager on duty with general supervision of facility and its programs
Duties and Responsibilities
- Interact with customers both in person and over the phone
- Assist with all rink programs and events
- Hand out / hang rental skates
- Communicate professionally both in writing and verbally to customers and staff
- Answer phone professionally and provide accurate answers to customer questions
- Route calls to appropriate personnel
- Handle registration for memberships and facility programs
- Receive payments and fees for memberships and facility programs
- Accurately record payments and issues receipts
- Accurately enter information into database
- Maintain front counter area
- Birthday Party host / hostess
- Make renewal / birthday calls and past due balance calls as assigned
- Cleaning / keep rink tidy and organized
- Any other duties as assigned
