Our company is looking for an experienced Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our team! The successful candidate for this position will be responsible for unloading shipments, preparing packages for shipping, filing paperwork and maintaining inventory. A minimum of one year of previous experience in a shipping and receiving environment is required, as well as an interest in technology and a willingness to adapt to change.

Responsibilities:

• Record and verify the arrival of new products.
• Have knowledge of shipping and receiving protocol for the office.
• Maintain inventory of office supplies.
• Ensure that products are packaged safely at the warehouse.
• Work as part of a team.
• Operate forklift equipment is a bonus but not a requirement.

Warehouse / Order Fulfilment

• Order Fulfilment for GeekFuel.com from Shopify and Whatnot (live shopping platform).
• Reviewing incoming orders and creating pick lists / packing slips
• Pick/Pack for orders within 24 hours of receipt
• Update orders on Shopify & Whatnot with DIMS and Weight
• Print Labels and set boxes for pickup daily (USPS and UPS)
• Communicate inventory or order issues with support
• General organizing inventory
• Receiving inventory

Whatnot (Live Shopping) Show

• Pre and Post Show Preparation (will explain during interview process)
• Work with Team to pre-build or collect items to be sold during a live show. Goal is to host shows 5 days a week.
• Post Show - Move products from sales to kitting to be shipped within 24 hours.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
