We are looking for an experienced full-time Veterinary Receptionist; with a winning personality, a good work ethic, a desire to succeed, and a drive to bring the personal touch back to veterinary medicine. Customer service, computer skills, phone communication skills, organizational skills, the ability to multi-task, and a friendly demeanor are just some of the qualities we are looking for. Applicants should be self motivated and have values that follow with our clinics mission statement.

Duties would include but are not limited to: answering a multi-line telephone, calling back clients, scheduling appointments, checking clients in/out, assisting with hospital cleaning and maintenance as well as many other day to day tasks associated with running a high quality, efficient practice. Knowledge of veterinary care, vaccinations, and basic information is a MUST.

Requirements: High school diploma or GED, Experience in the veterinary field, prior veterinary experience. Must be able to lift and move 40lbs.
