Job Description
A brilliant opportunity exists for an outstanding individual capable of fitting into this very rewarding Technical Training Manager role. Our client, a leading medical device company, is looking to hire someone who can bring added value to the team. If you’re dedicated, energetic and detail-oriented, this could be the perfect role for you. Responsibilities include:
1) Develop technical and procedural training programs to ensure site employees possess the skills necessary to effectively perform job duties and support facility
2) Work with departments to ensure training records are up-to-date and compliant with regulations
3) Assist and facilitate the development of department training modules using proven training techniques that are effective, complete and compliant
3) Liaise with departments to determine specific training needs on technical and procedural training
4) Report training status metrics, as required
5) Review and develop proficiency and qualification testing of key facets for the site
6) Assist in creating curriculum and specific training, specifically developing the plan for instruction, lesson plans, needed and teaching strategies
7) Conduct training courses and deliver any certification and qualification courses to assist with the training of internal employees
8) Help to determine the overall effectiveness of programs and make suggestions for improvements
9) Follow organization standards and legal regulations to ensure a safe and healthy training environment
Critical Requirements
1) A university degree is required. Although all candidates are welcome and encouraged to apply, preference will be given to those with degrees in a relevant field
2) Appropriate full-time work experience is mandatory (no students or fresh graduates please)
3) Recent experience in the medical device industry is strongly preferred
4) Preference will be given to candidates with recent experience in a technical training

Compensation and Other Details
Base Salary: Highly competitive package, commensurate with experience
