Do you enjoy designing posters and working on creative projects? Are you looking for an experience to grow your design skill set? This could be the right job for you!
The Associate Designer will report to the Executive Creative Director (ECD) and work with clients to complete designs – ranging from social media squares, posters, TV ads, logos, banners, etc.
Required Qualifications
Specific Responsibilities
- Complete design projects on time
- Collaborate with clients (e.g., student clubs, ASW Events) during the design process.
- Openly communicate questions comments and concerns with the team and the ECD
Functional Exposure
- Adobe Creative Cloud
- Microsoft Office
- Trello (or related platform)
- Discord (or related platform)
Learning Outcomes
- Student will be able to create designs and use these projects to further develop their personal Portfolio.
- Student will be able to develop strong client relationship skills by leading projects and collaborating with clients from across campus.
- Student will be able to gain more graphic design knowledgeability.
NOTE: Associate Designers can have mild to moderate design experience as they will receive ongoing training and coaching.
