This is a full-time, in person position, located in San Luis Obispo, CA. Remote work is not an option for this role at this time.

Starting pay is $22 - $28 per hour.

Purpose of Position:

Front End Website Development/Maintenance

Required Skills:

• Assembling and updating web pages using HTML, CSS, and/or Javascript, specifically using Bootstrap and jQuery libraries.
• Use proprietary scripting language built into the point-of-sale system to render website HTML.
• Write and maintain PHP to integrate with third party services.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Javascript.
• Experience with a Javascript framework or library a plus.
• Experience with PHP and mySQL a plus.
• Experience with React a plus.
• Knowledge of cross browser compatibility issues.
• Consistently reviews work for accuracy and functionality prior to publishing.
• Communicate clearly and professionally when speaking and writing.
• Solve problems when they arise, using big-picture awareness and available resources.
• Communicate effectively, encourage others, and behave professionally.
• Take direction well and learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Focus, maintain attention to detail, and balance multiple duties in a dynamic environment.

Supervisory Responsibility

This position has no direct supervisory responsibility.

Work Environment

This position involves working in a fast-paced environment with standing and/or sitting for prolonged periods of time. This role routinely uses standard office equipment, such as computers and telephones.
