Santé of Chandler, a post-acute transitional care facility, seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) for our night shift!
Thursday - Saturday, 6pm to 6am - Shift Differential $

The Perfect Registered Nurse (RN) Candidate:

• Admit, transfer, and discharge guests as required.
• Complete required medical forms, charts, reports, evaluations, studies, charting, etc.,
• Receive telephone orders from physicians and record on the Physicians’ Order Form. Enter physician’s orders into the guest electronic medical record.
• Chart nurses’ notes.
• Report discrepancies in physician’s orders, diet change, charting error, etc., to the Director of Nursing.
• Order prescribed medications, supplies, and equipment.

Must-Have Registered Nurse (RN) Qualifications:

• Unencumbered RN license through the Arizona State Board of Nursing or Compact State license- required.
• Minimum one (1) year experience.
• Graduate of accredited school of nursing – required.
• Current CPR and fingerprint clearance card.
