We are looking for a Product Manager Product Owner for our MCellblock Product Solutions (MCb). This person will be part of our MCb team building exciting robust automation functions and solutions for device, networks and applications using real devices. As an integral part of a cross-functional agile team, you will ensure that each product feature delivers maximum value to the user and market. The MIW and MCb teams are leaders in mobile market automation and are passionate about providing the best solutions and services in the market.

Sr. Product Manager Product Owner (PMPO), will own the product requirements and backlog for the development team, your primary customer. The PMPO will create requirements using the SafeAgile process and the Jira Toolset for the MCellblock (MCb) product line, an automation framework for wireless smartphones primarily Samsung and iPhone devices. The MCb is an automation tool used for Active Wireless Network Testing, Wireless Application Testing, and Wireless Device Testing – Using real devices. We automate “Can you hear me now?”. The MIW MCb customer is looking for both a product and a custom automation solution to gain confidence in their wireless offerings.

• 
  Define feature requirements based on product vision, current product framework, customer goals and requirements, and competitive analysis
• Own the Feature Backlog and define features at the Program level
• Provides feature and backlog prioritization
• Define, focus, and refine the top-ten features in collaboration with other teams and ready for PI Planning
• Is customer facing to understand, discuss, agree and document customer requirements specifications, features – (functional and nonfunctional), Acceptance Criteria, Out of scope etc.
• Act as product owner for the team and participate in team ceremonies - Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Review, Daily Standup
• Decompose Features into Epics and Stories
• Conduct Feature Walkthrough sessions with Development, QA, IT Architecture & Support
• Lead User Acceptance Testing and Demo to the customer
• Responsible for getting customer signoff on deliverables
• Creates and manages both internal and external roadmap
• Liaisons with Support to ensure smooth transition process including training on new features
• Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products
• Preform research, define value & ROI independently
• Interface to all company stakeholders such as: Executive Leadership, Sales, Development, Support, and Accounting

Education & Experience

• 8+ Years of experience as a Product Manager within the Software Development industry, and you have released multiple products while seeing them through all phases of the development life cycle
• Experience with end to end product delivery
• Experience delivering roadmap strategy and definition
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs (prioritization) of a product
• Ability to problem solve and work independently to resolve roadblocks
• Comfortable being self-directed and pushing the boundaries of what is possible within your product
• Adept in agile processes. Partnering with business teams on high level strategic objectives, and working with customer-centric engineering requirements
• Must be able to do research, define value and ROI independently
• Must have past experience owning a roadmap and setting vision for a product
• Excellent communication, collaboration, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient with Product Development methodologies and best practices

Preferred Qualifications

• Product experience with:
  • Automation / API definition
  • Wireless telecommunications
  • 5G / 4G / LTE network understanding
  • Android / iOS
• Experience with Jira / Confluence
• Ideally have your SAFe Product Management, CSPO or PSPO II
  Deal well with ambiguous/undefined problems; ability to think abstractly

Salary: 120K to 140K/annually based on experience
