Children’s Therapy Solutions is seeking a highly motivated, reliable and flexible PRIOR AUTHORIZATION SPECIALIST to help submit and track client prior authorizations. Our ideal candidate is one who is highly organized, exhibits professionalism, has excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong work ethic and dependable
• Proven experience self-managing and motivation to work through independent projects
• Detail oriented, well organized, coachable, and positive attitude
• Ability to manage multiple tasks
• Willingness to assist with a variety of tasks
• Will work directly with a supervisor, but must be able to work unsupervised
• Proficient computer experience required (i.e., MS Office suite of applications, EMR).
• Knowledge of insurance verification's, prior authorizations, insurance billing & payment posting, a plus, but not required
