• You will be treated as a professional teacher, not a daycare worker. Our lead teachers create and implement their own lesson plans. These lessons can be tailored or adjusted as needed for the students.

• You will have scheduled planning time (lead teachers), lunch and bathroom breaks
• No nights or weekends!
• You will have paid professional development each year. Many courses offered online so you can take them at your convenience.
• You will earn 10 Paid time off days per year (full time employees)
• You will also have 6 paid holidays. In addition, our school is closed Dec 24th -Jan 1st each year. This is additional paid time off for our full-time employees to spend with their families.
• You will qualify for medical, dental and vision benefits after your first 30 days (full time employees)
• We offer tuition reimbursement for teachers to pursue their Child Development Associates Degree.

Job Requirements

Lead Teacher Qualifications:

• CDA, Associates or BA in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred but not mandatory
• Prior classroom experience preferred
• Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices

Assistant Teacher Qualifications:

• 1 year experience preferred but not mandatory
• Training available for the right person who is passionate and caring.
