Entry Level Office Staff (Seasonal)

- Locations in Egg Harbor City and Hammonton;
- Spanish/English Speaking team member to service our diverse clientele;
- Must be a Happy Go Lucky type of person;
- Good Communication Skills for In-Person Client interviews and Data Entry;
- Seasonal Only (January to April), Flexible Schedule, 12 to 40 hours per week;
- Microsoft Office knowledge a Plus;
- Greet, welcome and check in guests as soon as they arrive at the office;
- Accurately answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls;
- Ensure all work areas are tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms, and brochures);
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email;
- Receive, sort, scan, and distribute daily intake files;
- Update calendars and schedule meetings/appointments;
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as data entry, filing, photocopying, scanning, and faxing.
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent;
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment;
- Customer Service Experience;
- Bilingual a Plus, English Required, Spanish Preferred.
