Marketing & Graphic Design Coordinator

Technology company with 34 years in the Quick-Service Restaurant industry is seeking a Marketing & Graphic Design Coordinator to join our expanding organization. This position will be located onsite at our headquarters in the N.W. Suburbs of Chicago.

The Marketing & Graphic Design Coordinator will develop the creative assets needed to execute the strategic marketing programs that support the company’s growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience working on a wide range of marketing functions including graphic design, content development, email and digital marketing, trade shows, video, and website content.

The ideal candidate has an eye for design. You see design - both good and bad - all around you. You are experienced in creating several types of marketing collateral, and are familiar with working in a fast-paced environment. You’re extremely organized and comfortable working on tight deadlines. You’re a whiz with Adobe Creative Suite, while also able to contribute to non-digital marketing efforts such as preparing for trade shows, producing video content, and supporting sales reps. While graphic design may be your strongest skill, you’re comfortable spending time working on other marketing projects. You’re familiar with the customer journey and can tailor advertising for different stages. You can conceptualize designs and advertisements, instilling voice and conveying a clear call to action without guidance. You communicate effectively, both with the team and through your work product.

Responsibilities

  • Develop creative marketing assets supporting the company’s brand and growth initiatives
  • Develop content to support all marketing programs, including website content and advertising
  • Support Sales team with their communications needs, sell sheets, email scripts & presentations
  • Create assets supporting the company’s trade show activity
  • Full-cycle production of video vignettes, from script writing thru post-production
  • Other marketing duties, responsibilities, and special projects as assigned
  • Role divided approximately equally between graphic design and marketing coordination

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Must be extremely organized, with high attention to detail
  • Experience in content development and digital marketing
  • Experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop & InDesign, with PremierePro & AfterEffects a plus
  • Ability to conceptualize and develop marketing content and materials
  • Ability to see projects from conception to completion in a timely manner
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong time management and coordination skills
  • Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Capacity to wear many hats and quickly adapt to priority needs and deadlines

This position is full-time onsite. Must be available to work at our Buffalo Grove, IL office.

Salary range of $60,000-$70,000/year. We offer health, dental, vision, 401k, and more.

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
