DIRECT HIRE MAINTENANCE ADMINISTRATOR NEEDED FOR WELL KNOWN FAMILY OWNED GROCERY RETAILER THROUGHOUT THE PENINSULA AND TRI-VALLEY - $65,000-$75,000/year + Benefits
Qualified applicants will possess/be able to:

- Excellent organization and strict on time management skills
- Administer and control the preventative/corrective maintenance, calibration, repairs and expenses of plant equipment
- Identify, order and have on hand 100% of the documents or formats related to the corrective/preventative maintenance of each piece of equipment to be available for regulatory audits
- Serve as Document Controller relevant to E-Maintenance
- Create purchase requisitions, process service entries and raise work orders for facilities maintenance via E-Maintenance
- Support daily procurement activities through the supply chain
- Be able to reliably commute to HQ in South San Francisco as well as to other locations to include San Mateo, Menlo Park, Los Altos and Danville (mileage reimbursement available for driving own vehicle)
