Litigation Attorney Job at Superior Executive and Legal Recruiting
Plaintiff's side labor and employment firm is looking for a talented attorney with 5+ years of litigation experience. Prior litigation experience should include:
- Substantive law and motion practice
- Conducting and defending depositions (parties, witnesses, experts)
- Drafting discovery and related motions
- Court appearances
- Settlement negotiations
This is a perfect role for someone with trial experience or someone with significant litigation experience who is looking to expand his/her practice to include trials. Please apply to this position if you have the ability to manage your own docket and are an attorney in good standing with the California State Bar.
