Responsibilities:
Experience - Long Term Care experience is required.
Employee Relations and Performance Management - Clearly communicate HR efforts and goals to the company workforce.
Employee Handbook and HR Policies and Procedures - Ensure handbook is up to date and complies with all federal, state and corporate guidelines. Devise and implement new policies and procedures.
Recruitment and Retention - Manage new talent acquisition and the professional development of existing workers.
Compensation & Benefits - Craft competitive compensation and benefits packages to entice new talent.
Compliance Issues - Compliance with HR related laws such as the FLSA, Equal Pay Act, state sick leave laws.
Leadership and Training - Oversees HR and related training.
Education - Bachelor's in Human Resources or like field preferred. Certifications preferred.
Union experience preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $71,500.00 - $85,000.00 per year
