Contingent Sales and Service Clerk Job at WSC Staffing
Responsibilities:
- Sorting and distribution of communications received in the North America Sales Service team Outlook mailbox.
- Investigation and follow-up on past due invoice issues
- Creation of quotations for new products, equipment and price increases, and distribution if desired
- Maintain customer and distributor pricing in the ERP system, as well as coordinate price increase notifications
- Data entry into databases for the creation of Material Return Authorizations and Container Addition Requests
- Creation and distribution of HF/SAR reports
- Coordination of information to respond to customer requests, i.e. Safety Data sheets, Product Data Sheets, Certificate of Analysis, Shipment Tracking Information, Pricing and Samples
- Establish new customer accounts, as well as address additions for existing accounts
- Compose and type correspondence grammatically correct and error-free
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- High School diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent required.
- Minimum one year of office experience.
- Familiarity of Microsoft Office 365 Products.
- Familiarity of ERP and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
- Good communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Able to collaborate, work well with a team, and adapt to change well.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Microsoft 365 or SAP experience, a plus.
- Experience with create quotes or reports, a plus.
- Knowledge of Safety Data Sheets or Product Data Sheets, a plus
