• Reports directly to the Maintenance Manager on matters pertaining to the SAMS-IE and the maintenance information management system.
• Performs basic fact finding and analysis of maintenance processes and procedures.
• Conducts analysis of maintenance processes in order to identify problem areas, prepare status reports, or provide other types of information as requested.
• Follows the guidance and instructions from Supervisor or higher-level analyst.
• Capable of working independently and resolving simple or routine problems.
• May offer technical assistance to other personnel in the maintenance area.
• Performs other duties as assigned and may occasionally perform other duties for the purpose of familiarization and/or training.
• Be capable of learning new system’s that are specific to a given work area for equipment tracking purposes; having an advanced understanding of Microsoft Office with the ability to perform Microsoft Access Administration and Development

• Use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in certain areas.
• Work will typically be in an office, warehouse and outside environment, with frequent exposure to electronic office equipment. There may be times when an employee is exposed to extreme cold or hot weather conditions.

• Must be able to lift a maximum of 75 pounds.
• Must be able to walk on uneven ground and within work various sites 6-8 hours a day in performance of duties.
• Must be able to wear Personal Protective Equipment, such as a face mask which covers the nose and mouth, hard hats, safety shoes, eye and hand wear may be required.
• Must comply with OSHA, EPA, Fire Regulations and published Company working policies

• Associates/Technical Degree or equivalent perferred
• Valid State Drivers license with no restrictions.

• Must be able to pass the standard background check.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card
• Must be able to pass a drug screening

• Possess high ethical standards and demonstrate professionalism.
• Work in a high pace environment
• Ability to interact and provide reports to all levels of management
• Three year's experience with the Army Maintenance Management System
• Knowledge of the GCSS ARMY System
• Building reports in Excel and working under limited time restrains.

• Standard office equipment, associated computer applications.
