Account Director - Sr. Living Job at Pavone Marketing Group, Inc.
Pavone Group, a full service marketing and advertising agency is looking for the right candidate to fill one of our key roles: Account Director specifically for Varsity Agency which focuses on senior living (over 55 communities). This team member will support the strategic and day-to-day activities of a client who works across multiple sites and multiple geographies.
A successful candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values collaboration and isn't afraid to jump right in and get the work done.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
- 2+ years of experience in an account director position (advertising agency and senior living experience a must)
- Account management supporting multi-site and multi-geography clients
- Ability to effectively communicate (verbally and in writing) with clients
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
- Experience with research and analysis of consumer and market trends
- Ability to effectively multi-task and prioritize in a fast-faced work environment
Skills/Abilities:
- Ability to write and manage multiple clients simultaneously
- Works well under pressure: multitasks, re-prioritizes and adheres to deadlines
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Excellent team player with good interpersonal skills
- Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office and/or GoogleSuite
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Support the day-to-day client relationship.
- Understand business goals/objectives/KPIs, marketing insights (what it takes to sell the product or service) and competitive landscape.
- Gather and analyze primary research and conduct secondary research.
- Support the development of the strategic plans, tactical recommendations, the creative brief and the consumer insight.
- Participate in both internal and client meetings.
- Assist in developing, managing and evolving the client’s case study.
- Be in tune with clients' retainers and project budgets.
- Support the drive for incremental revenue - organic growth/"now" business.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
