About the Job:

PHNTM is seeking a full-stack web developer who is able to collaborate with PHNTM to eloquently express branding in a digital format. We’re seeking an individual with excellent communication skills who possesses a collaborative spirit and has a proven history of top-tier creative expression. This individual will be responsible for developing an interactive version of the designs developed by our internal design and motion graphics teams. Applicants must have 5 to 10 years of experience in web development. Applicants must be well-educated on and able to work with CMS. Applicants are free to build using the language or on the platform of their choosing. This individual must be able to design for mobile, desktop and tablet simultaneously.

• Capable of building a website consisting of a landing page, 7 sub pages and 3 breakout pages.

• Build and provide interactive design for all websites and internal projects.

• Able to achieve a full site build on a short deadline of 8 to 10 weeks.

• Provides interactive design for website content.

• Free to build using the language or platform of their choosing.

• Familiarity with prismic.io is a bonus.

• 5 to 10 years of experience.

• Expertise with CMS required.

• Understands UI, cross-browser compatibility and basic web functions and standards.

• Communicates with leadership daily.

• Assures projects meet industry standards.

• Maintains a professional understanding of web development by tracking trends and practices of peers.

• Accomplishes company goals by taking ownership of all website-based responsibilities and issues.

• This is a 3 month contract, with part-time maintenance requirements thereafter.

• Hourly compensation contingent on experience.

This is a remote position, although Los Angeles locals & hybrid workers are preferred. Regardless of location, travel to LA will be required periodically.

Compensation

The rate for this role is between $60-100/hour, commensurate with experience and location.
