Position Overview:

SEKO Logistics, an industry leader in Supply Chain Management, is seeking to fill an experienced Warehouse Associate position at its Liverpool, NY location. The successful candidate for this role is a reliable customer focused team player, with excellent attendance, and capable of consistently managing multiple priorities in a fast paced environment to ensure we are providing exceptional customer service and satisfaction at all times.

Essential Responsibilities:
As a Warehouse Associate, a successful candidate will possess the ability to properly receive and process incoming inventory, accurately fulfill customer orders on outgoing inventory, and maintain a neat and orderly warehouse. Specific duties include, but are not limited to:

• Safely load and unload product in box truck or trailer manually or with motorized lifts, including forklift and pallet jacks, and overhead crane
• Maintain accurate warehouse inventories, and perform required cycle counts
• Complete daily safety inspections on equipment
• Organize and maintain a clean warehouse, placing product in temporary storage and/or account specific designated areas
• Comply with federal and company safety standards, policies, and regulations
• Work flexible hours as needed, including early morning (6:00 a.m. start times), evenings, and possible weekends

Required Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse and cross docking experience, including utilization of motorized lifts and cranes
• High school diploma/GED
• Ability to count and perform basic math, with or without a calculator
• Able to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
• Able to regularly and consistently lift and carry 70+ pounds
• Able to work independently on a daily basis with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous Third Party Logistics (3PL)
• Class B Commercial Driver License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
