Vehicle Pick-Up and Delivery Driver
We are looking for FT and PT drivers to provide pick-up and delivery assistance to our Service Customers from their door to our store. As a pickup and delivery driver you will be required to drive a variety of different vehicles across the metro and beyond. The trips will be communicated through an application on your mobile phone or mobile device. A general understanding of how to use applications is a must. Pickup and Delivery drivers may be asked to assist with other tasks when not conducting trips. Vehicles are provided by the company.
Job Duties
- Must have an iPhone or Android
- Willingness to use phone and mobile applications
- Ensure safe, responsible and timely transport of Customer vehicles.
- Provide courteous, prompt and professional service by greeting and assisting Customers.
- Maintain exceptional Customer relations and appropriately manage Customer concerns.
- Follow all company procedures relating to pick up and delivery of Customer vehicles.
Skills and Requirements
- Outstanding professionalism and customer service skills.
- Exceptional verbal communication skills.
- Strong aptitude for mobile technology.
- Ability to find innovative approaches to solving problems and accomplishing goals.
- Must have a valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
