Job Title: Vacation Reservationist
and Cross-Brand Customer Support Agent

Reports To: General Manager of Red Barn Linen + Laundry, Director of Marketing at Red Barn Vacations and Owners of all Red Barn companiesJob Location: Red Barn Office at 31 Commerce Drive, Oakland, MD

Please note: the office is located adjacent to the linen processing facility. While the office does have A/C, the room can sometimes get warm, especially in the summer, due to the heat produced by the linen processing. Must be able to tolerate heat.

Hours or Shifts: Monday through Friday, 9am- 5pm

Pay: Pay is commensurate with experience._ If you have past experience in the vacation rental field as a reservationist and experience with the Streamline software, we are willing to increase pay._

Who We Are: We are a new, but growing, branch of businesses across Deep Creek Lake. We own and operate Red Barn Vacations (managing vacation rentals across the lake), the Red Barn Inn, Red Barn Events (hosting weddings and events at the Red Barn Inn), and Red Barn Linen and Laundry (formerly Nuway Interiors). We are a small, close-knit team looking to grow substantially over the next few years. This is a great opportunity to get in the door of a growing business!

Job Summary: We are looking for an individual to help out with reservation needs at Red Barn Vacations as well as some reception needs at Red Barn Linen + Laundry.This includes helping customers of both businesses successfully navigate the sales process in order to book vacations and place orders, as well helping with essential administration tasks related to both businesses.

We would LOVE someone with:

Past experience in the vacation rental industry, reservationist experience a huge plus
Familiarity with the Streamline Property Management System software

Good presence on the phone/ ability to make sales over phone and email
We are looking for a driven and independent self-starter
Must have own a vehicle and a smartphone

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

• Oakland, MD 21550: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
