Temporary Payroll Bookkeeper Administrator Job at Margie Ruddick Landscape
We are seeking parental leave coverage for an office administrator. This position requires a detail-oriented individual to perform a variety of administrative tasks including: data entry, accounting processes, processing reports, and maintaining our Human Resources system. The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a hybrid setting and value flexibility. This temporary position has potential to turn into a longer opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and manage biweekly payroll for employees in ADP.
- Handle once monthly client billing in Quickbooks.
- Audit and update employee hours to prepare for monthly billing.
- Handle all accounts payable and receivable in Quickbooks Online.
- Assist owner with calendar management and emails.
- Lead weekly staff meetings and take notes on relevant details.
- Assist with generating proposals for new business, repsond to inquiries quickly.
- Produce management reports such as AR aging, utilization reports, etc.

Pay: From $60,554.00 per year
