As a key member of the Global Talent Acquisition, Centre of Excellence team, you will provide support to manufacturing facilities on the strategy for talent branding and attraction. You will assist and work closely with hiring managers from all areas of our organization to assess their needs and strategize their growth approach. You will be a true strategic partner to understand what is happening in and outside of the organization and bring that information to the business to help them make informed talent decisions.

How You’ll Help:

• 
  TA Process: Streamlining Job Descriptions, External Job Posting Templates, Interview Guides, Screening Templates, Posting Guidelines/ Practices, Background screening services/ issues.
• TA Technology: ATS Training, LinkedIn Training, LinkedIn Recruiter Training for hiring managers and HR stakeholders, Indeed Training, Virtual Interview Platform Training
• TA Programs: Attraction Strategies, Virtual and On-site Hiring Event Toolkits, Pre-start Onboarding Strategies, Branding Strategy (Facebook, Indeed, Video, Radio, and Print Ads)
• Responsible for managing Vendor Partner Relationships and Legal Contracts
• Recruitment for salaried and technical roles across all US plants when required
• Be a brand ambassador for McCain Foods and assist in building and developing our employer brand
• Collaborate across the organization on special projects that will elevate the Talent Acquisition practice
• Adhoc hourly recruitment support as required

About You:

• 
  5+ years of corporate and/or agency talent acquisition experience
• Strong business acumen with experience recruiting active and passive candidates through various methods: networking, internet, networking communities, website, referrals, university relations, and other creative methods
• Detail-oriented problem solver with a passion to contribute to the organization's reputation and success
• Experience partnering with senior level managers and interviewers to gain an in-depth understanding of the position, personality and culture sought
• Experience in recruiting for a Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) or Food Production company is an asset
• Proven success using a variety of sourcing strategies including proactive sourcing techniques using social media (i.e. LinkedIn Recruiter) and referral generation
