ABOUT THE Role:

Full-time position supporting the CEO.An exciting opportunity to work in a growing business at the crossroad of health, wellness, and technology. We are looking for an organized and driven Staff Accountant to join our growing team to work closely with our other operations and handle day-to-day bookkeeping; maintain payables and receivables; forecast of business and planning with sales/marketing; cash flow forecast, and process bi-weekly payroll, passionate in revitalizing our record keeping and bring more organization to our day-to-day financials.The accountant will provide accurate reconciliation of business accounts. This includes bank statements, credit cards and auditing of quarterly, monthly or yearly accounts. Duties include the financial preparation and analysis of accounts and reporting of financial variances and inaccuracies. Additional skills in accounting software packages and excel will also be beneficial.
The ideal candidate will have great business training in a business school or taking class in business and management, have impeccable attention to detail and passion about working in a fast-paced environment. You will be proactive, a problem solver, flexible and resilient.

Your Skillset:

• 5+ years accounting experience
• Expertise with QuickBooks
• Advanced computer skills in MS Office, accounting software and databases
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, project management and communication skills
• Excel in preparing Power Point Presentations
• Use of Shopify preferable.
• Strong market research capabilities
• Interest in wellness products and lifestyle brands

WE'D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF HAVE:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Economics or equivalent with a proven track record in high-quality problem solving, project management and analysis in a previous role.
• Experience in fast pacing work environment with an understanding consumer business/service. You're able to take initiative, use good judgement, understand deadlines, and carry multiple projects through to completion even with much interruption. You're an authentic and mission-driven person who doesn't shy away from sparring with senior stakeholders.
• Willing to multi-task, unafraid to roll up their sleeves to get the job done!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
