A prominent equipment manufacturing company in the Sedalia, MO area is seeking a Sr. HR Generalist. The HR Generalist will lead the implementation of HR practices and objectives facility-wide. The company seeks to promote an employee-oriented, high performance work culture that serves to motivate employees and promote a better work environment. The Sr Generalist will work closely with the operations team, supervisors, and other functional management to promote a postitive work culture. In addition to promoting a positive work environment, the Sr Generalist will be responsible for employee engagement/employee relations, compensation, and employee development. This is a high priority fill for Sr Management! THe position is salaried in the $75-$80K range plus bonus!

- Main point of contact for employee relations matters
- Assist in the development and coordination of HR policies
- Partner with management to develop job descriptions and compensation
- Support front line supervisors in the development of their team members
- Keep communication channels open with employees and supervisors
- Support employee-oriented culture that promotes high employee engagement and is aligned with Lean principles
