Social Media & Admin Assistant
We are an award-winning Montessori School and Early Childhood Training center. Our team is a group of Certified and Credentialed teachers and trainers.
We take pride in supporting our team grow by supporting them in getting credentialed through our grant program so they can be the best possible educators for the children they work with.
Preferred attributes:
Ability to work 6:30 a.m. -4:30 p.m. or 9:30 a.m. - 6:30 p.m.
Can support with front office tasks like receiving children, answering call, and taking messages.
Organized, clean, professional, well-versed, kind, and team-player.
Social Media / Marketing Tasks
Create and schedule daily posts on various social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn)
Create graphics for social and other marketing campaigns
Monitor and respond to social media messages and comments
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement social media campaigns
Stay up-to-date with current social media trends and make recommendations for improving current strategies
Provide regular reports on social media performance and engagement metrics
Other duties as assigned
Ability to foster a long-lasting professional relationship with students, parents, and staff
Excel in verbal and written communication
Self-starter, motivated individual who is able to adapt and grow
