What You Will Be Doing
- Management of trade partners & consultants
- Manage Assistant CM's & Construction Managers on the job site
- Manage schedule & budget to make sure everything stays on time
- Act as primary representative on jobsite
What You Need for this Position
- at least 2 years leading single family production homes
- come from a reputable builder(preferred)
