Shift Scheduler Job at Goodly Cookies
Goodly Cookies is looking for an individual to produce shift schedules for our five current locations through our online scheduling program 7shifts. Each location has an unique set of hourly employees who will need schedules produced in a consistent and timely manner to ensure adequate coverage for the store and avoid availability conflicts. This position will work an estimated 15-20 hours a week.
Responsibilities:
- Create and publish work schedule for all locations.
- Communicate employees regarding availability and scheduling conflict.
- Ensure all shifts are being covered.
- Publish schedule on time to ensure adequate time for adjustments and shift swaps.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
Experience:
- Computer skills: 1 year (Preferred)
