Pinehurst Automotive Group is a rapidly growing multi-brand automotive retailer and finance company that is looking to hire a Business Development Representative to join our Service Business Development Center (BDC). BDC Representative Qualifications:

  • Confident, pleasant and professional phone voice
  • Possess time management skills and be able to work independently
  • Take direction well
  • Must like being part of a TEAM
  • Must be able to stay focused

BDC Representative Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to schedule appointments following dealership specific guidelines.
  • Receive inbound calls for three high volume dealerships, schedule appointments or route calls to the proper department.
  • Reaching out to customers using provided lists to generate service appointments.
  • Listen and be attentive to customer needs and priorities in order to provide appropriate suggestions and guidance for their servicing needs.
  • Provide superior customer service and achieve highest degree of customer satisfaction
  • Work in close partnership with service consultants to provide detailed information on customer requirements
  • Meet specified monthly targets and goals
  • Deliver inquiries/messages intended for other service personnel and departments promptly
  • Contribute to the overall success of the dealership by working with all customers, teams and departments collaboratively and professionally with a positive, roll-up your sleeves attitude

BDC Representative Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Prior customer relations or BDC experience preferred, but not required. We are willing to train and develop the right individual.
  • Excellent customer relationship skills
  • Self-starter, motivated and success driven
  • Confident, positive and high energy presence
  • Strong communication skills
  • Team-oriented with a desire to achieve both individual and collective goals
  • Must be able to pass background and drug screenings
  • Must have an open availability including rotating Saturday's.
