We’re looking for talented people who are knowledgeable in the serialization track and trace space, mainly for the pharmaceutical industry although the food and beverage industries are also highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities
Your daily work will include
- managing and executing complex project implementation tasks across multiple projects and customers;
- driving discussions with customers to identify their business use cases for their track and trace requirements;
- providing training for customers regarding our traceability software, GS1 compliance, compliance reporting for various countries and agencies;
- walking through various configuration requirements to be sure trading partner connections are properly mapped and properly tested;
- generating change control documents and deployment plans; and fielding general questions about serialization, traceability, and compliance.
Other Duties: Rapidly develop an understanding of rfxcel solutions and architecture and learn to configure various features of the application. Must collaborate across Professional Services and other key areas such as Engineering and Operations. Engages the client and is able to explain applications and functions in an easy-to-understand manner.
Some travel is required, including possible int’l. travel. May need to visit client & their trading partners. Must be able to spend time interfacing with your counterparts and team members across more than 15 countries.

Desired Skills & Experience
- Must have at least 3 years of Serialization Track and Trace experience for the pharmaceutical or food and beverage industry.
- Must have 3-5 years conducting IT or supply chain serialization projects and inherently knows how to develop and maintain core project artifacts such as the project plan and schedule, the RAID list, testing and deployment plans, and communications.
- Must understand the concepts of the DSCSA traceability mandates and is comfortable answering questions about traceability compliance requirements for various countries.
- Technical predisposition through prior positions in IT (Engineering, Network Services, System Configuration, middleware support, or other hands-on technical roles) is required.
- Professional presentation, communications and documentation skills are required.
- Knowledge of integration technologies including communication protocols (e.g. web services, SoapUI, POSTMAN, AS2, FTP/SFTP/FTPS, HTTP/HTTPS, etc.) and message/file data formats (e.g. XML, JSON, EDI, CSV, IDoc, HL7, etc.) is desirable.
- Experience in supply chain processes, pharmaceutical manufacturing; validation of computer software, global serialization efforts, are a major plus for the applicant.
- Able to learn complex system configurations and how they influence the application responses.
- Uses and regularly updates MS project plans with reliable target dates and deliverables.
- Effectively communicate project risks and trade-offs to the Client. Can engage other technical resources to complete project milestones and escalate issues as needed.
