Job Description
Our client, a leading medical device company, is looking for a Senior Manager of Human Resources with solid Human Resources experience. Specifically, we are seeking an individual who is able to handle the following responsibilities:
1) View as a strategic business partner and change agent
2) Be a member of the Site Leadership Team
3) Advise management in the function and in the business
4) Support organization and leadership development efforts, work with employees and managers to address root causes of employee relations issues
5) Resolve employee relations issues through a systematic approach
6) Assist management in the development of solutions through cultural and process perspectives on organizational development
7) Support company-wide programs and initiatives
8) Oversee recruitment efforts at the site, including advising on strategic partnerships with outside recruiting firms
9) Focus on strategic partnership, consultative skills with leaders and collaboration with other HR members for the execution
10) Perform other duties and special assignments as assigned
Critical Requirements
1) A university degree is required. Although all candidates are welcome and encouraged to apply, preference will be given to those with degrees in a relevant field
2) Appropriate full-time work experience is mandatory (no students or fresh graduates please)
3) Recent experience in the medical device industry is strongly preferred
4) Preference will be given to candidates with recent experience in human resources management
