The Inside Sales Consultant is focused on expanding sources of revenue through the successful development of integrated referral relationships in the fields of business management software and integrated e-commerce verticals.
Job Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions)
- Identify and develop prospects that can benefit from PayTrace’s value proposition of e-commerce, mobile, tablet, and POS payment solutions.
- Acquire new payment business through developed partnerships and drive new business to exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue quotas.
- Procure new processing business from internally generated as well as outside sales leads.
- Negotiate contracts, set pricing and ensure activation of merchants for new business.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
- Polished written, verbal, and presentation communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate PayTrace’s value proposition.
- Proficiency in closing complex merchant, channel, or partner sales; consultative selling, and direct sales of technology selling solutions.
- Demonstrated ability implementing successful channel partnerships and marketing campaigns.
- History of consistently exceeding quota with experience in closing complex sales (merchant, channel, or partner), consultative selling, and directly selling technology solutions.
- Accountable, industrious, and effective executing on new business opportunities.
- Exhibits personal and organizational integrity and honesty.
- Positive team player, group collaborator, and interpersonal communicator.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience:
- A minimum of 1 years payments or merchant services sales experience with a demonstrated track record of success.

Teaming & Culture
You will work collaboratively with Marketing, Product Innovation, Sales Empowerment, and Integrated Solutions and contribute to the ongoing improvement for all areas of the PayTrace Sales Organization. This may involve sales training, ongoing selling techniques, supervisory skills, and compensation analysis and program development.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
