We are currently hiring for a Senior Foundation Funds Specialist role in the area!

What will you do as a Senior Foundation Funds Specialist?

• Coordinates the new fund creation review process to ecaluate the appropriate use of foundation funds and performance against set goals and objectives.
• Analyzes and implements the opportunities to simplify the Foundation portfolio by sunsettings unproductive funds.
• Collaborates with department leadership to create operational policies and procedures for the Foundation, and coordinates the communication of these policies and procedures across the system.
• Researches and implements opportunities and benchmarks against other organizations to determine effective ways to improve the Foundation's overall operations.

A successful Senior Foundation Funds Specialist will have the following:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related fields required
• Savvy skills in MS Excel and MS Teams desired
• Raiser's edge; and Workday a plus
• Must have COVID & Flu Vaccine

What hours will the Senior Foundation Funds Specialist work?

• Monday - Friday
• 8:30 am - 5:00 pm with some flexibility
• Hybrid afer 2-4 weeks of on site training
• Overtime required the first 5-7 business days
