Role and Responsibilities Specific duties include but are not limited to:

· Maximizes return on financial assets by establishing financial policies, procedures, controls, and reporting systems.

· Guides financial decisions by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing policies and procedures.

· Protects assets by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing internal controls.

· Monitors and confirms financial condition by conducting audits and providing information to external auditors.

· Prepares budgets by establishing schedules; collecting, analyzing, and consolidating financial data; recommending plans.

· Achieves budget objectives by scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.

· Provides status of financial condition by collecting, interpreting, and reporting financial data.

· Prepares special reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.

· Maintains financial staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.

· Protects operations by keeping financial information and plans confidential.

Skill and Education requirements:

• Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or business-related field. High School diploma.

Necessary Attributes:

· Outstanding communication and conflict resolution skills

· Confidence to ask questions and follow instructions based on upper managements feedback

· Hard-working individual with superior attendance

Work Environment: While performing the duties of this job, the employee works in an office environment with a cubical. This role does have responsibilities that will involve going onto the manufacturing floor and meeting with operation teams to discuss financial projects and tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
