Imprint PS is an Information Technology Business Development company that is growing exponentially and looking to become THE “Go To Market” strategy for IT Companies. This is a fully remote position, and we work hard to create a fun exciting environment and we are looking for people who thrive in the art of conversation to join our family. What we do is help Managed Service Providers (IT Companies) and SaaS companies schedule discovery calls and develop a sales pipeline for them. We are a fractional SDR team or “Business Development as a Service”.

The Opportunity
At Imprint PS, you will have the chance to be mentored and strengthen your skills the minute you're hired. That being said, we are looking for someone who is fun and easygoing but is still dedicated to the job and can meet or exceed our expectations. This position requires someone who is very comfortable making calls and building relationships with clients over the phone, and then having a 20–30 minute virtual meeting with them explaining our service offering and ultimately closing the deal. This is a remote position with flexible hours, but we work Mon-Fri during business hours in all 4 US time zones.
This is a Full-Time position that will require 100+ calls a day as well as 10-12 Sales meetings per week. You will also have weekly stand-up meetings with your Sales Manager to check in. Daily check in is required with your CSM. Licenses to our CRM and Engagement Tool will be provided as well as lists to call on and the support you need in order to succeed.
As a sales rep, you will be responsible not only for selling our services, but for providing the highest quality account management once the client is brought on as a partner. Responsibilities
- Make calls to schedule sales appointments
- Promptly attend all scheduled sales appointments
- Close appointments at a high rate, overcome objections
- Skilled at selling value, not the lowest possible price.
- Persistent follow-up with all missed sales and cancelled appointments
- Keep CRM and mobile sales tool updated with all prospect info
- Maintain strong product knowledge, independently seeks out information
- Attends weekly sales calls and meetings
- Accurate measurements and estimates
- Open to coaching and learning
- Self generates business through referrals, call lists, and events
- Maintain professional attitude and look

Required Skills:
- 1 year of sales experience
- Efficient with Outlook, Basic CRM knowledge, Pipeline Management Skills
- Has background in customer service

- Understanding of the sales process
