Responsibilities:
The primary job function of this position is to execute sales strategy, initiate contacts with existing and potential customers, identify their needs, and sell appropriate products to meet those needs.
- Manage assigned accounts
- Prepare quotes and contracts for potential customers
- Call prospective customers and establish buying cycles, customer needs, and create a customer supplier relationship
- Increase sales in respective accounts
- Prepare sales information for customers
- Secure and place orders
Qualifications:
- Previous sales experience
- Valid driver's license is required (company vehicle can be provided for sales activities)
- Knowledge and experience in transport industry is an asset
- Proficient in MS Office software, especially MS Excel
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Excellent customer relation skills
- Works well in a team environment
- Bilingual in Japanese and English is considered an asset
