Overview:

AccuShred, LLC is looking for a long term CDL B Route Driver with previous positive customer service experience. The position is full time, 40+ hours per week, 5 days per week. The ideal candidate would be organized, high energy, personable and professional, with a great work ethic. We are looking for someone who is used to getting in and out of their truck and interacting with customers multiple times a day. We are NOT looking for bus drivers. We service customers in primarily professional offices. This is a hands on job. We are located in Toledo, OH and operate within a 100-mile radius of NW Ohio.

Duties Include:

Prepare truck for daily route; load and/or unload. Servicing up to 14 customers daily. Interacting with, and professionally answering any customers’ questions. Safely operating shred trucks. Completing daily customer paperwork, including weighing material. Attention to detail and professional appearance a must.

Qualifications:

Must be CDL-B licensed, and be able to safely operate a 26’ straight truck. Must have a clean driving record. Able to work independently, and as a team. Strong math and verbal communication skills. Strong organization skills. Pleasant customer service skills. Detail oriented. Be able to work under pressure of a deadline. Flexible. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly, and sometimes repeatedly. Legible handwriting is a definite plus.
