Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Provide quality nursing care, including assessments, order meds, take vital signs, transcribe physician orders, schedule appointments, etc.
• Charting and providing accurate documentation
• Providing direct care and assigning care based upon the needs of the residents
• Assisting, education and providing follow-up with other care providers
• Answer questions and coordinate with residents, families, visitors and other staff.
• Help maintain a home like environment for our residents - because at Maryhill, WE ARE FAMILY!

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing;
• Current Licensed Registered Nurse; in good-standing in the state of Wisconsin (we can help you transfer your license from another state);
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to be flexible and multi-task in an environment of rapid change;
• Ability to participate as a member of the team and lead, educate and provide feedback in a clear and respectful manner.
