RN Lead Responsibilities:
- Overseas facility nursing policy & procedures and ensures state regulations are met
- Assist in ensuring the nursing department provides consistent, attentive, and efficient care to patients.
- Responsible for monitoring nursing staff, nursing activities, and patient care, as well as ensuring nursing activities are in compliance with federal, state, and local standards.
RN Lead Qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing
- 5 years minimal clinical nursing experience, knowledge of MDS and current Federal and State regulations for LTC
- Current RN license to practice in the State of Ohio
- CPR Certified
