Job Description:
- Administer medications and treatment in an accurate and timely manner to residents in accordance with physician’s orders.
- Monitor and document effectiveness of treatment and medication.
- Provide emergency care to residents when necessary.
- Always maintain a courteous and professional appearance.
- Follow facility policy and procedures as outlined in Employee Handbook.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Valid LPN License
- Valid CPR Certification
