Retail Technology Senior Sales Executive (OTE $230k-$250k) Description

Our client in the technology space is looking for a Retail Technology Senior Sales Executive to add to their team in Ridgefield Park, NJ. Reporting to the President, you will be responsible for managing the complete cycle of the sales team and reseller network and contributing and developing sales strategies as the market matures. Our client seeks a driven professional with an established network who can make alliances within the marketplace to drive revenue. To be successful in this role, you must have at least ten years of experience selling to retail. In addition, the ideal candidate will have experience selling IT/technology products to supermarkets and a valuable portfolio of connections to leverage. Retail Technology Senior Sales Executive (OTE $230k-$250k) Responsibilities

• Manage sales team
• Contribute and develop sales strategies
• Make alliances within marketplace
• Manage reselling network
• Oversee monthly commission reporting process
• Manage appointments with corporate IT decision-makers
• Network via social media
• Participate in marketing events
• Cold call prospects
• Sell and promote products directly or via partners to prospective and existing customers
• Build working relationships with presales, post-sales, marketing, and product teams
• Develop and execute an account plan to maximize revenue
• Generate and achieve monthly forecasts
• Accurately predict revenue quarterly

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 10+ years of retail sales experience required
• Established customer network required
• Ability to travel 25%-50% (US & Canada) required
• Experience selling IT or store technology required
