The responsibilities of a Property Handyman/Construction:

• A background with Construction (Preferred),
• Experience replacing or repairing drywall, plumbing and flooring
• Perform general repairs for the plaza and other retail locations such as:
• General repair, interior and exterior painting, repairing/replacing interior drywall, sheet rock and plaster walls, repairing building exterior such as roofing, siding, windows etc. electrical repairs, trouble shooting wiring, changing lightbulbs, including lights.
• Complete general building cleaning and maintenance.
• Maintain trash and recycling receptacles around the facility.
• Identify and report the need for major repairs to supervisor
• Performs janitorial and maintenance of physical building, property, as necessary, including but not limited to:
• Installs/Replaces signage, light bulbs, batteries (smoke detectors)

• Physically walks and inspects property on a daily basis.
• Begins daily work quickly, independently, and on time.
• Focuses on the completion of tasks and activities.
• Takes a hands-on approach to any necessary duties to ensure the job is completed.
• Upholds high standards of honesty for self and team members.
• Consistently and effectively communicates with the Property Manager.
• Conducts himself or herself in a professional, business-like manner.
• Receives written work orders or verbal instructions from supervisor.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42,000.00 - $44,000.00 per year
