VTRL is looking for a Rental Account Manager to join our team in Tolleson, AZ for following hours: Monday-Friday between 8:00am-5:00pm!

What You’ll Do

What You’ll Do:

The Rental Account Manager is responsible for the sales and marketing of Velocity's Commercial Truck Rental product line. The Rental Account Manager is also responsible for the day-to-day operation of the commercial truck rental fleet, including fleet utilization and revenue per unit, while managing their accounts to the highest level of customer service

Sales & Marketing:

• Handle sales and sales process for inbound calls as well as outbound solicitation
• Develop and execute an effective marketing plan designed to produce measurable results
• Maximize rate opportunities
• Responsible for generating rental and lease sales leads
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers

Operations & Asset Management:

• Responsible for the overall profitably, operations, and asset management of assigned rental fleet
• Coordinating with the Maintenance and Lease sales departments to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain compliance with company, local, state, federal, and other regulatory agencies
• Complete understanding of marketplace conditions to maximize utilization of the rental fleet

Customer:

• Drive profitable revenue growth by maintaining and growing customer relationships
• Responsible for the overall satisfaction of all internal and external customers
• Reconcile all customer concerns, issues, and disputes to maintain the ongoing relationship

Communication:

• Build constructive and effective relationships with both internal and external customers

What We’re Looking For

Qualifications:

• More than 2 years of related sales experience is required
• Must be detail oriented with ability to multi-task and maintain a strong focus on quality, accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal skills
• Ability to work in a high volume fast pace environment with a customer service focus

Compensation:

• Exempt $60K-$66,500K based on experience and qualifications.
