We are looking for a reliable Email Support Agent that will be responsible for running analysis and reporting on key components of our eCommerce company on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. Candidate will help maintain targets and metrics for the success for selling online. You will also work with the project manager to learn and implement new processes as they become needed. Lastly, candidate will be responsible for monitoring issues/errors in our systems/marketplaces and resolving them in a timely manner.

- Utilize internal Reports to identify issues and alert the team.
- Monitor help desk ticketing system and fix issues that are found.
- Serve as a backup to the fulfillment department when personnel are out.
- Troubleshoot marketplace metrics & collaborate on how to improve them.
- Help write & improve internal processes.
- Highly organized and process oriented.
- Strong English writing skills.
- Selling on Amazon & eBay experience.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Curious & Inquisitive mind.
- Willingness to learn and constantly improve.
- e-Com experience.
- Excellent comm skills (Especially written) and email etiquette, polite customer service attitude.
- Strong relevant exp. on Zendesk, Amazon & eBay selling (Mandatory)
- Strong reporting skills on spreadsheets (Excel mandatory)
- Time-bound monitoring and resolution of issues.
