HANDS ON TRAINING for Registered Nurse RN

Transitioning to Home Health Nursing for the first time can be daunting. Our team of field and office trainers ensure you are trained and well supported. Until you are ready and even after, our team of offices nurses and care coordinators are always with you. Our Home Health Registered Nurse RN Supervisors are qualified and ready to train you for everything you need to be a successful Home Health Registered Nurse RN.

• Lab Draws, Wound Care Wound Vacs, PICC Line Dressing Changes
• CHF, COPD, Diabetes and other Chronic Disease Process Management

QUALIFICATIONS

• 1 years Registered Nurse experience in acute, post acute or Home Health setting - Required
• Registered Nurse (RN) License in California

Registered Nurse RN Case Manager Home Health

• Admit new patient and orient them to home health.
• Case manage and treat the patient under your care.
• Submit orders to Physicians as needed
• Draw and drop off labs at local laboratory as needed.
• Provide report to the supervisor on all patients under your care.
• Attend scheduled patient care conference & in-services.
