Career Opportunity: Home Health Nurse (RN)
Positions available: Full-time or PRN
Key Responsibilities:

• Assessment of home health patient’s physical, psycho social, and environmental needs.
• Assessment of prior and current level of functioning.
• Setting appropriate goals.
• Making appropriate discharge recommendations in accordance with standards of practice.
• Demonstrate commitment, professional growth, and competency.

Minimum Qualifications:
Education:

• Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing.

Licenses:

• Current Texas State License as an RN
• Valid Texas Driver’s License.
• Proof of current CPR accreditation.

Experience:

• Experience in the Home Care setting preferred.

Communication:

• Proficiency in English & Spanish preferred.

Physical Ability:

• Must be able to move and/or regularly lift up to 50 pounds.
